No. The quote is our commitment; it creates no obligation for you. Nothing starts until you approve it.

What information should I prepare?

Type of cargo, gross weight, dimensions or pallet/carton count, origin and destination address and the ready date. Mention your preferred Incoterms if you have one.

Can the price change later?

The items in the quote are fixed for its validity period. Prices are only updated if the cargo details change (weight, dimensions, loading date) — and we put that to you for approval.
